A child smile
Thousands of children are diagnosed with serious diseases every year. The statistics is horrifying: maligancies are a leading cause of death in children. But the most important point to understand is that cancer in children is often curable. The treatment is difficult, both physically and psychologically, it is expensive and lengthy, but the body of a child is able to endure it. About 80% of the children worldvide successfully combat the disease. In Russia, about 50% of the children survive. These figures translate into actual children unted by a common desire to live.
